WARRANTY INFORMATION

OASE's Limited Warranty is handled exclusively through OASE dealers and distributors. If you received defective or damaged OASE products or if your product fails within the warranty period, you should contact your dealer and - if necessary - return the product to the place of purchase and have it replaced. Reputable OASE dealers and distributors will exchange the product for you during the warranty period with little wait and processing time.

Before you return a product under warranty, please check our FAQs and our Forum to see if your issue is addressed there.

In most cases problems are fixable issues such as clogged nozzles or calcium deposits on impellers. In cases where the problem cannot be remedied, it is OASE's policy that OASE dealers can exchange defective product under warranty on the spot without the need for a pro-longed waiting or examination period (inventory permitting).

If a product has been discontinued, you will be offered to have it replaced with an equivalent product in the current product line ("In-kind replacement").

If your dealer is no longer available for handling your product under warranty, please fill out the form below, and we will direct you to an alternate dealer closest to you.

Submitting this form will not result in your warranty being handled by OASE and may cause a longer resolution time.
